Do I have to pay custom charges on my orders?

Unfortunately, Beauty care store is unable to determine the customs charges may be applied to overseas shipments. Those charges will be according to your local custom laws. We would suggest contacting your local custom office.
 

What if I have not received my order?

If and item from your order is yet to arrives, please be patient as it is more than likely being shipped from one of our global warehouses in. Feel free to contact us for an update on the status of an order.

How can I pay for my orders?

We accept payment through Paypal, Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard.
 

Can I make changes to my order?

Once you have placed an order, within 5-10 mints you can ask for changes, however after that it will be very difficult because our warehouse team receive your order directly and will have already started processing your order.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

Can I exchange an item?

Yes you can replace the item but direct exchange is not possible. Please contact our support team and follow the procedure.

What are my delivery options?

All orders are delivered our worldwide e-packet shipping method. As we stock inventory in various warehouses across the globe, this is the most efficient method of delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes between 20 – 30 business days. But sometimes it deliver earlier depends upon your location and shipping country.

What is your return policy?

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be undamaged.
  • Item must be in original packaging.
